CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Hamilton Lane Incorporated (Nasdaq: HLNE) said it will release financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2025, before the market opens on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
The global private markets investment firm will host a conference call via webcast at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time the same day to discuss the results. Investors can access the live, listen-only webcast through the company’s shareholders website at https://shareholders.hamiltonlane.com/. Participants are encouraged to log on at least 15 minutes before the call begins.
A replay of the webcast will be available approximately two hours after the live broadcast and will remain accessible for one year through the same website.
