CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Hamilton Lane (Nasdaq: HLNE) has established a specialized Insurance Solutions team to enhance its support for insurers. This move formalizes the firm’s ongoing efforts to cater to the insurance sector and includes the addition of two senior members to the team.
Eric Solfisburg has joined the firm as an Insurance Strategist within the Direct Credit team. He will focus on creating investment solutions that offer attractive returns in a capital-efficient manner. Solfisburg, previously with MassMutual as Head of Investment Product Consulting, brings extensive experience to his new role. He holds a B.S. from Babson College and several professional designations, including CFA and CAIA.
Kyle Ross has also joined the Insurance Client Solutions team. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with insurers across North America. Ross was formerly a Senior Vice President at Capital Dynamics and has a background in business development with insurers. He received a B.S. in Management from Boston College and holds CFA and CAIA designations.
John Brecker, Head of Insurance Solutions, will lead the team. He emphasized the firm’s commitment to delivering private market solutions tailored to the unique risk and return profiles of insurers. “Creating this dedicated team underscores our commitment to developing and delivering leading private markets solutions tailored to insurers’ unique risk and return profiles.
