KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Greenphire, a Thoma Bravo-backed software company specializing in clinical trial solutions, has announced the appointment of Dan Shannon as its new Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Shannon, a seasoned healthcare technology executive, brings a wealth of industry experience and expertise to Greenphire’s leadership team.
In his new role as CXO, Shannon will oversee service delivery and guide the company’s ongoing efforts to optimize client experiences from inception to completion. His mandate includes maximizing solution adoption, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing return on investment.
Shannon brings over 25 years of life sciences industry experience to Greenphire, including an extensive background in building professional service teams for high-growth technology companies within the clinical research domain. He most recently served as VP & GM Clinical Data at Veeva Systems and spent more than 16 years at Medidata Solutions. His career also includes tenures at IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consultants (PWCC), and Schering-Plough.
