LANCASTER, PA — Fulton Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: FULT), a banking company with more than $34 billion in assets, will release its third-quarter financial results on October 21, giving investors an updated view of the company’s performance across its five-state banking network.
The Lancaster-based financial holding company will publish its earnings report and accompanying financial charts at approximately 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, after the U.S. stock market closes.
Fulton will hold a conference call with financial analysts on Thursday, October 22, at 10 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results.
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President Curt Myers will lead the call alongside Rick Kraemer, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Fulton operates more than 200 financial centers through Fulton Bank, N.A., across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. The company employs more than 3,400 people.
