LANCASTER, PA — Fulton Bank has tapped veteran banking executive Kevin Gremer to serve as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operations and Technology Officer, effective August 25. In this newly announced leadership role, Gremer will report directly to Chairman and CEO Curt Myers.
Gremer will oversee Fulton’s operations and information technology teams, with a core focus on advancing the bank’s digital capabilities and streamlining customer experience through innovative technology. His appointment comes as the bank continues to prioritize modernization and customer-centric service delivery.

Gremer brings more than 27 years of leadership experience in the financial services sector. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations for Banking & Investment Services at City National Bank, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to that, he held multiple senior roles at Capital One Financial Corporation, including leading enterprise payments, treasury operations, and strategic transformation initiatives.
During his two-decade tenure at Capital One, Gremer built a reputation for driving large-scale operational changes and leading teams through periods of transformation and innovation.
A Pennsylvania native, Gremer earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He also holds a professional banking certification from Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking, in partnership with the Virginia Bankers Association.
With his deep industry experience and strategic vision, Gremer is expected to play a key role in Fulton Bank’s efforts to deliver enhanced digital experiences and scalable operations across its growing customer base.
