LANCASTER, PA — Fulton Bank has integrated Fiserv’s CashFlow Central platform into its online and mobile banking services, expanding its small-business offerings to include automated invoicing, vendor payments and cash flow management within a single digital system.
The Lancaster-based bank said the service allows business customers to manage accounts payable and receivable without relying on separate payment and invoicing platforms, reducing administrative work associated with routine financial transactions.
CashFlow Central enables businesses to issue invoices, pay vendors through bank transfers or business credit cards, and monitor payment activity through a centralized interface.
The platform also connects with commonly used accounting software, allowing businesses to reconcile transactions and maintain financial records with less manual data entry.
An Insights Dashboard provides visibility into incoming and outgoing payments, while real-time payment status updates allow business owners to track transactions and manage cash flow.
“By bringing invoicing, payments, and reporting into a single hub, this service gives our customers the tools they need to stay organized, get paid faster, and operate with greater confidence,” said Phil Smith, Fulton Bank’s director of business banking.
The integration extends Fulton Bank’s digital banking capabilities beyond traditional deposit and lending services into financial operations that small businesses frequently manage through third-party software.
Fiserv, a financial technology and payments company, developed CashFlow Central to consolidate payment processing, receivables management and transaction reporting for business banking customers.
Justin Jackson, Fiserv’s head of CashFlow Central, said the platform allows financial institutions to help businesses manage payments and financial operations alongside their existing banking relationships.
Fulton Bank is offering the service through its existing small-business online and mobile banking channels, with package options designed to accommodate different business needs.
