PHILADELPHIA, PA — Two attorneys from Fulginiti Law have been named to the 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list, including founder Ken Fulginiti, who also earned a place among the state’s Top 100 attorneys, recognition that highlights the firm’s standing in Pennsylvania’s competitive personal injury litigation market.
The annual Super Lawyers rankings selected Fulginiti and Sarah Filippi Dooley based on a process that includes peer nominations, independent research, and evaluations of professional achievement.
Fulginiti’s inclusion on the Pennsylvania Top 100 Super Lawyers list places him among a limited group of attorneys recognized statewide. Super Lawyers estimates that approximately 5% of Pennsylvania attorneys are selected for its annual list.
Fulginiti’s practice focuses on catastrophic injury litigation, including cases involving trucking crashes, construction accidents, product liability, premises liability, negligent security, and medical malpractice claims.
“Being recognized by Super Lawyers is always meaningful because it reflects the respect of both peers and the broader legal community,” Fulginiti said. “What matters most to us, though, is continuing to fight for people whose lives have been permanently changed by catastrophic injuries.”
Dooley was also selected to the 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Her practice includes serious personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
Fulginiti said Dooley’s recognition reflects her growing reputation in complex injury litigation.
The Super Lawyers designation is awarded annually through a multi-step selection process that combines peer evaluations with independent research into professional accomplishments and legal experience.
