PHILADELPHIA, PA — Ken Fulginiti, founding partner of Fulginiti Law, was selected for the 2027 edition of The Best Lawyers in America for plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation in Philadelphia, extending a run of recognition that began in 2015.
The designation is based on evaluations from attorneys practicing in the same geographic region and legal specialty, according to the firm. Best Lawyers uses a peer-review process to assess nominees’ professional abilities.
Fulginiti has now been included in the publication for plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation each year since 2015. He was also named its 2022 “Lawyer of the Year” for the practice area in Philadelphia.

Fulginiti has more than 35 years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. His practice encompasses catastrophic injuries, construction and motor vehicle accidents, trucking cases, premises and product liability, and medical malpractice.
The latest recognition reinforces Fulginiti’s position in the Philadelphia personal injury market as his firm continues to focus on complex and catastrophic-injury litigation.
