Judge Herron served the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for 35 years and was instrumental in creating and launching the commerce court program in the city. His distinguished career also includes serving as a deputy district attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and as Chief Disciplinary Counsel for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
