FOLCROFT, PA — The Folcroft Borough Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a 61-year-old man who is required to comply with Megan’s Law but has allegedly failed to report as required.
According to authorities, the warrant was issued on September 4, 2025, for Jose A. Garcia, whose last known address was in Folcroft. Police said Garcia is a Megan’s Law offender and is wanted on allegations that he did not meet mandatory reporting obligations.
