KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — FirstService Residential has promoted David Readinger to vice president of its condominium and homeowners association division, expanding his oversight as the property management company grows its portfolio across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
Readinger will lead strategy, operations and team development for the company’s condominium and HOA management business throughout the three-state region while continuing to report to Senior Vice President Donna Fiore, the company said.
The appointment places Readinger in charge of operational consistency, staff development and client service across one of FirstService Residential’s largest regional markets.
Readinger joined the company in 2004 after working in luxury rental communities. During his tenure, he has held leadership roles focused on facilities management, financial oversight and community operations.
Michael Mendillo, president of FirstService Residential’s East Region, pointed to Readinger’s operational experience and leadership record as factors behind the promotion.
“David has consistently elevated the performance of the communities he supports, and this promotion reflects both his impact to date and the leadership he will continue to provide as we grow,” Mendillo said.
Readinger indicated he plans to build on the company’s existing operations while supporting employees and community associations across the region.
“Our teams are deeply committed to the communities we serve, and I look forward to building on that foundation,” he said.
FirstService Residential provides management services to condominium and homeowners associations across North America. The company indicated Readinger’s expanded responsibilities will support continued growth in its Tri-State operations.
