Exyn Expands Drone Reach Through UP Caeli Via Partnership

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Exyn Technologies (NASDAQ: EXYN) is expanding its autonomous robotics footprint through a collaboration with Italian drone maker UP Caeli Via, integrating ExynAI and its Nexys mapping platform into a compact aerial system aimed at industrial, infrastructure and inspection markets.

The companies are combining Exyn’s autonomous navigation software with UP Caeli Via’s ARGOS unmanned aerial system, giving customers another hardware option for GPS-denied mapping and inspection work.

The integrated system is designed to support autonomous flight, real-time mapping and survey-grade 3D data collection without GPS, prior maps or continuous operator control.

Exyn is positioning the collaboration as part of a broader strategy to make its autonomy software available across multiple robotic platforms rather than tie customers to a single hardware ecosystem.

“Customers increasingly want the flexibility to deploy ExynAI across the platform best suited for each mission,” Chief Executive Officer Brandon Torres Declet stated.

The smaller ARGOS platform is intended for confined or difficult-to-access environments where larger aircraft may be less practical, including industrial facilities, infrastructure sites, manufacturing operations and energy applications.

The detachable Nexys payload can also be used through alternative deployment methods when aerial access is unavailable or inefficient, extending data-capture workflows beyond the drone itself.

Exyn and UP Caeli Via are already using the combined system in commercial projects with an unnamed luxury vehicle manufacturer for autonomous inspection and reality-capture work.

The companies did not disclose the size, value or duration of those deployments.

UP Caeli Via will provide engineering, manufacturing, integration, training and support for the combined system. The Italian company also emphasized customer-controlled data management and lifecycle serviceability as part of its role in the collaboration.

For Exyn, adding ARGOS broadens the number of supported robotic platforms capable of running ExynAI and could increase access to original equipment manufacturers, enterprise customers and government users seeking autonomous mapping capabilities across different hardware configurations.
