Ephrata Woman Arrested on Outstanding Warrant at Local Inn

DENVER, PA — In a pre-dawn operation, the East Cocalico Township Police Department successfully executed an outstanding arrest warrant. Cynthia Peters, 55, of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, was taken into custody at approximately 2:51 a.m. on January 7, 2024.

Officers located Peters at the Red Roof Inn situated at 2017 North Reading Road in Denver, Pennsylvania. The unfolding of events was marked by professionalism and calm, with Peters being taken into custody without any incident reported.

Following her arrest, Peters was handed over to the Berks County Sheriff’s Department who will be responsible for further proceedings.
