EPAM Tops Swiss IT Client Satisfaction Survey

NEWTOWN, PA — EPAM Systems, Inc. (NYSE: EPAM) ranked first in several measures of client satisfaction and service performance in Whitelane Research’s 2026 Switzerland IT Sourcing Study, strengthening the technology-services company’s position as Swiss businesses increase their use of outside IT providers.

EPAM scored 83% for both general satisfaction and application services, ranking first in each category. It also led service delivery and account management with scores of 86%.

The company received an 80% rating for end-to-end security.

Whitelane based the study on responses from more than 170 senior IT decision-makers at major Swiss technology-spending organizations. Respondents assessed more than 400 IT sourcing relationships involving 22 service providers.

The survey comes as Swiss companies show increased interest in external technology partnerships to gain scalability, access emerging technologies and reduce costs, according to Whitelane.

Artificial intelligence investment is also becoming more closely tied to operating outcomes, with surveyed organizations focusing on employee productivity, automation of IT and business processes, and customer experience.

EPAM’s results reflect “consistent positive client feedback,” Whitelane Research’s European research head Jef Loos said, while citing the company’s work on complex technology-development and transformation projects.

The Switzerland ranking extends a series of favorable Whitelane assessments for EPAM across European markets.

In 2026, EPAM ranked first for general satisfaction in the UK and Ireland study and first for IT services excellence in the Nordic region. The company was also recognized among leading providers in Belgium and Luxembourg and was named a top IT vendor in the Netherlands for a fourth consecutive year.

EPAM was also recognized as a leading application-services provider for a third consecutive year in Whitelane’s 2025/2026 Europe-wide research.
