RADNOR, PAeMoney Advisor is marking the 10th anniversary of its University Program with significant growth, highlighting its broader push to expand access to financial planning technology and address a looming talent shortage in the profession.

Since its launch, the University Program has partnered with 160 universities in 40 states, giving students hands-on experience with eMoney’s planning software and the opportunity to earn eMoney Certification. More than 6,400 certifications have been completed across the University Program and industry partnerships to date, with participating schools reporting higher placement rates, faster career advancement, and stronger outcomes for graduates.

In 2025 alone, 13 new universities joined the program and over 1,000 certifications were awarded. The company said these efforts help prepare students for a job market where demand for financial planners is outpacing supply.

“We’re proud to celebrate 10 years of preparing future financial professionals with the tools, skills, and confidence to shape the future of the profession,” said Matthew Schulte, head of financial planning at eMoney.

Beyond universities, eMoney is also advancing access through new and existing industry partnerships. In 2025, the firm joined with FinServ Foundation and 100 Women in Finance to support diversity and inclusion in financial services. It also continues to provide technology and certifications through programs such as The Externship, BLX Internship, and the Wall Street Diversity Accelerator.
