eMoney Expands Client Portal With Branding and Planning Tools

RADNOR, PA — eMoney Advisor updated its Premium Client Portal to add expanded branding features and interactive financial planning tools aimed at increasing client engagement and collaboration.

The update allows financial advisory firms to customize themes, colors, and mobile app icons across web and mobile platforms, giving firms greater control over how their brand is presented to clients.

The enhancements build on existing features designed to make financial planning more interactive, including tools that allow clients to model financial scenarios, adjust goals, and test decisions within an advisor-guided framework.

Chad Porche, senior vice president of product at eMoney, said the updates are intended to align the client experience with firm identity.

“Advisors want every part of the client experience to reflect their firm,” Porche said.

The Premium Client Portal also includes personalized dashboards, biometric login, and push notifications to support ongoing client engagement between meetings.

More than 1,600 firms have adopted the platform since its launch one year ago.

According to an eMoney survey of users, 82% of firms reported improved client engagement, 78% reported stronger collaboration, and 61% said the platform contributed to increased planning activity.

The platform was recently recognized with the 2026 FinTech Breakthrough Award for Wealth Management Product of the Year.
