AMBLER, PA — Elysium Marketing Group said it has formed its inaugural Board of Advisors, a move aimed at supporting the full-service agency’s next phase of strategic expansion as it approaches its second decade in business.
Founded in 2015 by Elyse Lupin, Elysium said the advisory board brings together senior leaders from finance, franchising, law, human resources, and hospitality to provide external perspective and industry-specific guidance as the firm scales its operations.
The 2026 Board of Advisors includes Veronica A. Cram, founder and chief consultant of InSight Strategic Solutions; Maureen DiStefano, director at Potbelly Sandwich Works; Steve Lupin, partner at Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin; Marcia O’Connor, chief executive officer and founder of The O’Connor Group; and Shawn Utke, chief executive officer of The Friendly Toast.
Elysium said the board was assembled to align with the agency’s long-term vision and its growing specialization in franchise and restaurant marketing, while also strengthening governance and strategic planning.
“While Elysium has evolved significantly from our early days, developing particular niches in the franchise and restaurant industries, I recognize the value of collaborating with professionals esteemed in their industries who can provide smart guidance and critical insights,” said Elyse Lupin, president and founder of Elysium Marketing Group.
The advisory board members will each serve two-year terms beginning January 1, 2026. Elysium said the group will provide counsel on growth strategy, operational discipline, and market positioning as the agency prepares for continued expansion.
