UPPER DARBY, PA — Dwight City Group (DCG), the real estate investment arm of Dwight Capital, has officially launched its latest adaptive reuse project, 901 Quarry, in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The October 26, 2023, ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the grand opening of this modern apartment community, reflecting DCG’s dedication to revitalizing historic neighborhoods through innovative adaptive reuse.

The 901 Quarry property, originally a 125,000-square-foot warehouse built in 1925 and dormant for over 30 years, has been transformed into 84 luxury apartments. These residences, characterized by mid-to-high-end finishes and contemporary design, feature both one- and two-bedroom lofts with ceilings up to 16 feet. Each unit is designed with an open floor plan, catering to the demands of modern living.

Beyond the stylish interiors, 901 Quarry offers amenities aimed at enhancing residents’ quality of life. In addition to onsite parking, the community will also feature a playground and dog park, set to be completed by Spring 2024.

DCG expressed its deep gratitude to the Borough of Upper Darby, local council members, Borough Manager Mark Possenti, and Mayor Burrell for their unwavering support and partnership. Their continued encouragement and hard work were instrumental in bringing this project to fruition.

The transformation of the 901 Quarry warehouse into a vibrant living space stands as a symbol of urban revival, offering locals a unique residential experience within a historical setting. This project is a testament to DCG’s commitment to enhancing the Upper Darby community and revitalizing neighborhoods for future generations.

The DCG team eagerly anticipates welcoming new residents and continuing its mission of reshaping the future while honoring the past.
