MARIETTA, PA — Donegal Group Inc. (NASDAQ: DGICA, DGICB) will report second-quarter financial results before the market opens on July 30, providing investors with an update on the property and casualty insurer’s operating performance.
The company said it will release results for the quarter ended June 30 before the opening of regular trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market. A supplemental investor presentation will be posted concurrently in the investor relations section of its website at investors.donegalgroup.com.
At approximately 8:30 a.m. EDT on July 30, the company will publish a prerecorded webcast featuring management commentary from President and Chief Executive Officer Kevin Burke, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jeffrey Miller, and other senior executives.
Management also plans to address questions submitted by investors in advance. Questions must be emailed to investors@donegalgroup.com by 5 p.m. EDT on July 16, the company said.
