WILMINGTON, DE — Documo received a Platinum-level 2026 Pinnacle Award for Best Use of AI in Healthcare for its intelligent document processing platform designed to automate handling of medical records and faxed healthcare documents.

The award recognizes Documo’s artificial intelligence platform, which extracts data from medical documents and routes information directly into healthcare systems to reduce manual administrative work.

The company said its platform is intended to address operational inefficiencies tied to healthcare fax processing and unstructured document management, areas that continue to generate significant administrative burdens across hospitals, insurers and medical practices.
