He also earned an Advanced Certificate for Executives from MIT Sloan Executive Education’s Executive Program in General Management, marking a transformative chapter in his career.

Additionally, Halder presented a talk titled “Build Brilliance: System Design Fundamentals” for TatuNeu, a new educational resource by consulting firm Tata. TatuNeu offers members resources to advance their learning with insights from technology experts. This role reinforces Halder’s commitment to technological progress and bolstering the U.S. innovation landscape.

Halder is a sought-after judge for hackathons and competitions, including HackMIT 2023, First LEGO League World Championship, Future Engineer’s NASA TechRise challenge, and the MA-FLL-Championship. He evaluates innovative projects from some of the brightest minds globally, underscoring his commitment to advancing the industry with groundbreaking products.

Currently, Halder serves as Principal Cloud Engineer at Fidelity. He oversees the delivery of the Fidelity API Integration Platform, which accelerates value for its investing customers. His team builds tools and processes leveraging cloud technology to solve complex problems.

Previously, Halder was Software Lead Engineer at Cisco, where he led the design and implementation of the AppDynamics framework. This solution revolutionized application performance monitoring and earned CRN’s Product of the Year. At Oracle, he played a key role in developing mission-critical commerce platforms, leading to Forrester Research recognizing Oracle as a leader in B2B commerce.
