Datavault AI Lands $100 Million Order for Tokenization Services

Datavault AI

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) received an initial $100 million purchase order for its $QEST tokenization services, opening three commercial platforms as the Philadelphia-based company seeks to convert its data and real-world asset technology into revenue.

The order marks the commercial opening of Datavault AI’s Information Data Exchange, NILvault, and American Political Exchange platforms. The company continues to project $200 million in fiscal 2026 revenue and expects the Project Qestrel tokenization program to contribute revenue in 2026 and 2027.

Datavault AI cautioned that listing assets on its platforms does not constitute a sale, making the conversion of contracted opportunities into recognized revenue a key measure of the rollout.

The Information Data Exchange, or IDE, is designed to value, score, tokenize and monetize data and real-world assets without moving or altering customers’ original datasets. Datavault AI plans to use its DataScore and DataValue technologies to assess assets and create authenticated digital representations and associated metadata.

Among the first planned IDE listings are $QEST utility tokens representing access and usage rights to Available Infrastructure’s Project Qestrel nationwide edge-computing network.

The company is also developing applications for recorded-music royalties, film and media libraries, computer-generated likeness rights, legal-settlement claims data and other real-world assets. Those applications remain subject to applicable securities, commodities and intellectual-property laws.

NILvault applies the same infrastructure to name, image and likeness rights, allowing athletes and estates to establish ownership, value, licensing and transaction records.

Datavault AI is using its partnership with 21 In Right Inc., the entity managing the name, image and likeness rights of Baseball Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente, as an early application of the platform. The companies entered that partnership in June to protect and commercialize Clemente-related rights through digital archives, digital twins and fan-engagement assets.

The commercial opening coincides with Roberto Clemente Day across Major League Baseball.

Datavault AI is also opening American Political Exchange, or APEX, to apply its valuation, scoring and transaction infrastructure to political data, advertising inventory and related information assets.

APEX applies Datavault AI’s valuation and transaction infrastructure to political data, advertising inventory and related information assets. The company states that the platform is designed to operate within two 2022 Federal Election Commission advisory opinions involving the sale of digital tokens and licensing of its technology to political committees on ordinary commercial terms.

Datavault AI states that APEX is designed to operate within those opinions and applicable federal and state requirements rather than replace existing campaign-finance rules.

Underlying the three platforms is technology from NYIAX, which Datavault AI acquired in August. The system provides matching, contracting, transfer and settlement capabilities that the company is applying across different categories of tokenized assets.

“Our objective has never been simply to create a token,” Chief Executive Officer Nathaniel T. Bradley stated. “We are building infrastructure designed to identify an asset, authenticate it, establish its value, tokenize it and create a pathway to monetize it.”

Bradley described NYIAX as the transaction layer connecting tokenized assets with matching, price discovery, contracting and settlement.

The $100 million initial purchase order represents the first disclosed commercial order tied to the opening of the three platforms and places Datavault AI’s focus on translating its tokenization pipeline into recognized revenue.
