WEST READING, PA — Customers Bank CEO Sam Sidhu has been named Executive of the Year in the 2026 Excellence in Customer Service Awards by the Business Intelligence Group.
The award recognizes senior leaders for advancing customer service practices within their organizations.
Sidhu leads Customers Bancorp (NYSE: CUBI) and its subsidiary, Customers Bank, which reported a Net Promoter Score of 81, compared with an industry average of 41.
The company attributes the score to its client service model, which assigns a single point of contact for commercial and consumer customers.
“It is an honor to be recognized by the Business Intelligence Group,” Sidhu said.
The Business Intelligence Group evaluates award recipients based on performance across multiple business categories, including customer support and experience.
