Corey Walker Rejoins Avantor as President of Laboratory Solutions

RADNOR, PAAvantor, Inc. (NYSE: AVTR) has announced the recent return of Corey Walker as President of its Laboratory Solutions business. He will report directly to CEO Michael Stubblefield.

“Corey’s deep knowledge of our end markets and industry, coupled with his familiarity with our organization and customers, makes him the ideal leader for our Laboratory Solutions business,” said Stubblefield. “We are very excited to welcome Corey back to Avantor to advance our business transformation and accelerate our growth strategy.”

Walker brings a wealth of experience in life sciences, advanced technologies, and applied materials. He recently served as Chief Executive Officer of ILC Dover, a global supplier to the biopharma and medical device markets. Between 2016 and 2020, Walker was Executive Vice President at Avantor, where he managed the Americas region and led the global Biomaterials and Electronic Materials businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Walker succeeds Randy Stone, who held the role of Executive Vice President of Laboratory Solutions. Walker’s return to Avantor aims to leverage his experienced leadership to foster growth and innovation in its laboratory solutions division.
