Concrete Removal to Disrupt U.S. 1 Southbound Traffic in Morrisville Next Week

Traffic Advisory

MORRISVILLE, PA — Drivers in Bucks County should prepare for delays next week as PennDOT crews remove overhead concrete along a busy stretch of southbound U.S. 1 in Morrisville Borough.

The work, scheduled for Wednesday, December 17, will require a southbound lane closure between Pennsylvania Avenue and Delmorr Avenue from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, weather permitting. PennDOT warned that motorists should expect backups and slow-moving traffic throughout the operation.

The temporary restriction is part of an ongoing series of safety and structural improvements along the U.S. 1 corridor.
