According to a statement from Police Chief Patrick R. Kilroy, officers were dispatched around 1:50 a.m. to the area of Felton Avenue and Andrews Avenue after reports of shots fired. Witnesses on the scene reported hearing the shots and described seeing a red SUV departing the vicinity around the time of the alleged incident.
