Founded in 2017 by classically trained chefs Laura and Todd Lyons, Love & Honey has built a following in Philadelphia by emphasizing fresh preparation, scratch-made sauces, and a tightly curated menu. Sharon Purser, franchise owner of the Bryn Mawr location, said the brand’s focus on hospitality and food quality aligns well with the community. She said the team is eager to introduce the concept to new customers while maintaining the standards that have defined the brand since its launch.
