Chase Offers 5% Cash Back Categories for Freedom Cards in Q2

WILMINGTON, DE — JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) announced that Freedom and Freedom Flex cardmembers can earn 5% cash back on select categories from April 1 through June 30, including purchases at Amazon and Whole Foods Market, travel booked through Chase Travel and donations to Feeding America.

The company said the quarterly promotion is designed to align with everyday spending and seasonal travel, offering enhanced rewards across retail, grocery and travel categories.

Cardmembers will receive 5% cash back on eligible purchases made through Amazon and Whole Foods Market, including groceries, clothing and household items.

Travel purchases booked through ChaseTravel.com, including flights, hotels, car rentals and cruises, are also eligible for the 5% rate.

Chase said donations to Feeding America during the promotional period will qualify for the same 5% cash back incentive.

“We’re meeting our cardmembers where they shop, explore and give,” said Wittney Rachlin, general manager of Chase Freedom.

In addition to the rotating categories, Chase Freedom Flex cardmembers continue to earn 5% cash back on travel booked through Chase Travel year-round, along with 3% on dining and drugstore purchases and 1% on all other transactions.
