CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — CenterSquare Investment Management appointed Nevin Torres as a senior vice president in its capital markets division, as the firm expands institutional fundraising efforts across its public and private real estate investment strategies.
Torres will focus on business development and fundraising initiatives tied to U.S. real estate products, the company announced.
She most recently served as head of investor relations at 1315 Capital, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Earlier in her career, she held business development roles at CIFC Asset Management and managed client relationships at BNY Mellon.
Steve Carroll pointed to Torres’ experience working with institutional investors across multiple investment products as part of the firm’s effort to strengthen client coverage and fundraising operations.
CenterSquare manages public and private real estate investment strategies for institutional clients globally.
Outside of her investment industry work, Torres serves as secretary and board member for Daemion Counseling Center and participates as a mentor in the Allied Program at The Agnes Irwin School.
