KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Goddard Systems, the leading provider of premium early childhood education in the United States, recently announced winners for its franchisee awards at the 2024 Goddard School Franchisee Convention.
This annual gathering is not only a platform for the celebration of the accomplishments of franchisees but also a forum for future collaborations. Dennis R. Maple, Goddard Systems CEO, hailed the winners as exemplary contributors to the brand, their communities, and the broader field of early childhood education.
Taking home the top accolade, the Goddard Chairman’s Award, were Melanie and Bill Hyatt of The Goddard Schools of Greenville and Simpsonville, SC. This award recognized the Hyatts’ significant contributions to the Goddard system, their dedication to the brand, and their efforts towards optimal operational and educational standards at their schools. The couple’s efforts have also fostered profound relationships with their faculty and families.
The coveted Goddard Lifetime Achievement Award was presented posthumously to Fran Lubbs, of The Goddard Schools of Royersford and Wayne, PA. Lubbs’ profound contributions to the Goddard system throughout her life, following her transition from a Goddard Systems employee to franchisee in 2001, significantly improved the brand’s reputation.
The Schumacher Resiliency Award was awarded to Rick Beechy of The Goddard School of Uniontown, OH, in recognition of his resilience and adaptability in the face of change or challenges.
The Chicago Market, encompassing 29 Goddard Schools, was bestowed with the Goddard Humanitarian Award, in recognition of their efforts towards the welfare of humanity through early education and their substantial contributions to charities and local organizations.
JoEllen Johnson and Kimberly Camarillo from The Goddard School of Goodyear, AZ, were recognized with the Goddard Outstanding Family Experience Award for establishing a culture within their school that prioritizes the highest level of service to families.
Erin Anderson of The Goddard School of New Braunfels, TX, received the Goddard Emerging Leader Award. Anderson was singled out as a rising star in the Goddard franchise community for her efforts in establishing her school within her community and building a vibrant culture within her faculty and families.
Stacey Warner and Jordan Zielinski of The Goddard School of Enola, PA, were recognized with the Goddard Transformational Development Award for their audacious reinvestment in their school.
The Hyatts were also honored with the Goddard Cornerstone Award for their innovative enhancements in building a new school to serve more families.
Finally, the Goddard Brand Ambassador Award was conferred to franchisees who have shown unwavering dedication to strengthening the Goddard brand in their local markets. These franchisees include Kim DiMuzio of The Goddard School of Chagrin Falls, OH, Kristin McNulty of The Goddard School of Dedham, MA, Jenna Ellis of The Goddard School of Alpharetta (Windward), GA, and Shalini Dhiman of The Goddard School of Carlsbad, CA.
