BLUE BELL, PA — BrightView Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BV) is extending its nationwide breast cancer awareness campaign for a third consecutive year, equipping landscaping employees with pink hats throughout October and committing a charitable donation to Susan G. Komen.
The Blue Bell-based commercial landscaping company is using its workforce and operations across thousands of properties to increase visibility for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Employees will wear the specially designed hats while maintaining commercial properties, residential communities, golf courses, sports venues, schools and healthcare facilities.
The campaign incorporates breast cancer awareness into BrightView’s regular field operations rather than organizing a separate public event.
“We continue to see the impact this campaign has on our people and the communities we serve,” said Amanda Orders, BrightView’s executive vice president and chief human resources officer.
BrightView will also contribute to Susan G. Komen, a nonprofit organization supporting breast cancer research, education and advocacy.
The initiative marks the third year of BrightView’s Pink Hat campaign, which coordinates employee participation across the company’s nationwide landscaping operations.
The annual effort combines a companywide employee awareness initiative with charitable support for breast cancer-related programs.
