Bayard Hogans Joins Enstructure as President of Enstructure Mid-Atlantic

WILMINGTON, DE — Enstructure, a leading U.S. terminal and logistics company, has announced the addition of Bayard Hogans as President of Enstructure Mid-Atlantic. In this role, Hogans will be responsible for overseeing operations and commercial activities across Enstructure’s mid-Atlantic businesses, including Port Wilmington in Wilmington, DE; Port Contractors (PCI) in Wilmington, DE and Fairless Hills, PA; and Intercontinental Services (ICS) in Wilmington, DE.

Hogans brings over 25 years of experience in marine terminals, transportation, and supply chain logistics. Before joining Enstructure, Hogans served as Vice President for Ports America Chesapeake, where he was responsible for all of Ports America’s container, auto/RORO, and breakbulk operational and commercial activities in the Port of Baltimore, including Ports America’s 50-year public-private partnership lease and concession agreement for Seagirt Marine Terminal.

During his tenure at Ports America Chesapeake, Hogans has been honored with the Maryland Governors International Business Leadership Award, the Traffic Club Transportation Person of the Year Award, and Propellor Club Transportation Person of the Year Award. An advocate for the communities he works in, Hogans partnered with the United Way, American Heart Association, Catholic Charities, Port Discovery Children’s Museum, and other nonprofits in the Port of Baltimore communities.
