WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — Drivers in West Conshohocken Borough and Upper Merion Township should prepare for months of weekday disruptions beginning Wednesday, August 26, when Aqua Pennsylvania closes Balligomingo Road for utility construction. The daytime closure and detour are scheduled to continue through April 2027.
