WILMINGTON, DE — Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH) will give investors an updated look Sept. 17 at the commercial progress and scalability of its technology platforms, using a two-hour Innovation Day webcast from Wilmington to outline how those programs could contribute to organic growth.
The specialty ingredients company said presentations will focus on the latest developments across its technology portfolio and the commercial opportunities tied to those platforms in its key end markets.
Chief Executive Officer Guillermo Novo, Chief Technology Officer Osama Musa and Chief Financial Officer William Whitaker are among the executives scheduled to present. Business-unit leaders for personal care, life sciences and intermediates, and specialty additives will also participate.
The event is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. ET and conclude at about 11 a.m. following a moderated question-and-answer session.
Ashland is positioning the event as an investor update on how research and technology programs are translating into commercial opportunities rather than as a product-launch presentation.
The company did not provide new financial targets in the event notice. Its stated focus will be on the commercial progress, scalability and growth potential of its technology platforms.
Other scheduled presenters include Jim Minicucci, senior vice president and general manager of personal care; Alessandra Faccin, senior vice president and general manager of life sciences and intermediates; Dago Caceres, senior vice president and general manager of specialty additives; and Sandy Klugman, director of investor relations.
Registration is required and is available at innovationday26.ashland.com.
