NEWARK, DE — Artesian Resources Corporation (Nasdaq: ARTNA) announced that its Board of Directors recently declared a regular quarterly dividend on the company’s Class A and Class B Common Stock.
The quarterly dividend of $0.284 per share is payable August 25, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2023.
This marks Artesian’s 123rd consecutive quarterly dividend paid to shareholders.
