Arrest Made in April Shots Fired Incident: Suspect Apprehended in Brooklyn

WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington Police announced the arrest of a 29-year-old man in connection to an April shots fired incident.

Keith Hall has been charged with three counts of Attempted Murder (First Degree), Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, and numerous other releated offenses.

The criminal complaint alleges that on April 11, at 4:54 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 600 block of West 25th Street, in reference to a shots fired incident with no injuries. The case was assigned to Detective Brendan Shea of the Criminal Investigations Division.

Through the course of his investigation, Detective Shea identified 29-year-old Keith Hall as a suspect and obtained warrants for his arrest. On June 1, Hall was taken into custody in Brooklyn, New York on an unrelated matter. Hall was extradited to Delaware on August 3.

Hall was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $294,200 cash-only bail.

Information, a criminal complaint, or an arrest is not a declaration of guilt. A suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
