Traffic, flagging

PHILADELPHIA, PA — PennDOT announced that the ramp from Aramingo Avenue to northbound I-95 has reopened following emergency bridge repairs in Northeast Philadelphia, while the ramp from the Betsy Ross Bridge to northbound I-95 remains closed.

Both ramps were shut down on Monday, October 20, after an expansion joint failure. Betsy Ross Bridge motorists can continue to detour via Richmond Street or Aramingo Avenue until repairs are completed.
