PHILADELPHIA, PA — Aramark (NYSE: ARMK) will pay a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per common share on Sept. 9, 2026, following approval by the Philadelphia-based food and facilities management company’s board of directors.
Shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 19 will be eligible for the payment.
Aramark provides food and facilities management services to educational institutions, corporations, sports organizations, healthcare providers, destinations, cultural attractions and municipalities.
