Aramark Expands College Sports Business With FSU, Texas State

Aramark

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Aramark is expanding its college athletics business with new and broadened partnerships at Texas State University and Florida State University, adding food service, game-day hospitality and athlete nutrition operations as the 2026 NCAA season begins.

At Florida State, Aramark will become the food-service provider for the university’s athletics program, covering game-day hospitality across 13 competition venues and culinary operations in student-athlete dining facilities.

The expanded relationship gives Aramark exposure to a Florida State athletics operation that drew nearly 900,000 fans to home events last year, according to the company.

Aramark plans to combine its Sports + Entertainment and Collegiate Hospitality businesses at Florida State, spanning concessions and premium hospitality as well as campus dining and athlete nutrition.

“We’re seeing strong momentum across our collegiate athletics business as universities look for partners who can deliver both exceptional game-day experiences and operational expertise to bring those experiences to life at scale,” Alison Birdwell, president and chief executive officer of Aramark Sports + Entertainment, said.

At Texas State, Aramark will provide services at University Federal Credit Union Stadium and the University Events Center as the university prepares for competition in the Pac-12 Conference.

The company plans to introduce new concession concepts and food and beverage offerings, along with Scan-and-Go locations intended to accelerate transactions and reduce concession wait times.

Aramark will also provide its Eat to Excel performance nutrition program for Texas State student-athletes. The service includes customized meals, nutrition education, fueling stations and access to a dedicated sports dietitian.

The two agreements broaden Aramark’s position in a collegiate market where the company already serves about 300 colleges and universities nationwide.

Its operations include partnerships with 47 NCAA athletic departments across more than 20 conferences, including the ACC, Pac-12, SEC, Big Ten and Big 12.

“From the moment fans arrive at our venues, we want them to experience first-class hospitality and exceptional service,” Jeremy Stolfa, Texas State’s associate athletics director for facilities and operations, said.
