The transition is part of a strategic succession plan that sees founder Michael A. Griffith step into the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Baker brings to Amplity a wealth of experience in commercial operations, contract research, and data within large pharmaceutical companies. Her unique background and proven track record of growth make her ideally suited for the top job at Amplity, according to Griffith.

Before joining Amplity, Baker was President of the Symphony Health division at ICON plc, a leading provider of high-value data and technology solutions for healthcare companies. She also held executive roles at Parexel and Pfizer, and earned her MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
