HORSHAM, PA — Aegis Software announced it was identified as a Representative Vendor in Gartner’s March 2026 Market Guide for Manufacturing Execution Systems, as manufacturers increase investment in artificial intelligence, interoperability and platform-based factory software.
The company said the Gartner report examined broader shifts in the manufacturing execution systems market, including growing adoption of AI-enabled production tools and demand for more flexible software architectures capable of integrating operational data across factory environments.
Aegis cited its FactoryLogix platform and recent integration of simulation capabilities from Simio as part of its strategy to combine production execution, planning and predictive analytics within a unified manufacturing operations platform.
According to the company, FactoryLogix is designed to provide manufacturers with production traceability, workflow control and operational analytics while supporting digital twin simulations and scheduling models built on real-time factory data.
The company also highlighted its AI co-pilot platform, ARIA, developed with Arch Systems, which is intended to help manufacturers identify operational risks and production constraints using contextualized manufacturing data.
Jason Spera indicated the company’s approach centers on linking operational data directly to product and process information rather than relying on disconnected datasets across separate applications.
Aegis Software provides manufacturing execution and operations software to companies in industries including electronics, aerospace and defense, automotive and medical devices. The company said its platform is designed to support production, materials management, quality operations and analytics across multiple facilities and global manufacturing networks.
