KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — AccessIT Group marked its 25th anniversary last week as the cybersecurity company looks to expand operations following a partnership with private equity firm Nautic Partners.
Founded during the dot-com era, AccessIT Group said it has operated through multiple economic and global disruptions, including the collapse of early internet markets, the aftermath of the September 11 attacks, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Chief Executive Officer Joe Luciano said the company’s long-term focus has centered on adapting to industry and market changes while maintaining customer relationships.
“Every challenge we’ve faced has strengthened our foundation,” Luciano said. “We used these lessons to help our clients learn, evolve, and emerged stronger because of the dedication and resilience of our team members.”
AccessIT Group provides cybersecurity services and technology solutions for businesses and organizations. The company said its growth strategy moving forward will focus on scaling operations alongside Nautic Partners, which recently partnered with the firm.
Chris Gorman, senior vice president at Nautic Partners, said the investment firm sees opportunities to expand AccessIT Group’s capabilities and market presence.
“Our partnership is rooted in a shared vision for AccessIT’s next chapter,” Gorman said. “Together, we see meaningful opportunity to build on this foundation.”
