HARRISBURG, PA — Terry Clark, a 59-year-old resident of York County, Pennsylvania, has been handed a hefty eight-year sentence for possessing cocaine with intent to distribute. United States District Court Judge Jennifer P. Wilson delivered the sentence on March 7, 2024, marking a significant step in the ongoing battle against drug trafficking in the region.

The saga began in 2021 when law enforcement officials pulled over Clark in York, Pennsylvania. A search of his vehicle revealed crack cocaine, two cell phones, a digital scale, and a staggering $18,200 in cash. Upon questioning, Clark confessed that the money was proceeds from drug sales.

But Clark’s illegal activities didn’t stop there. Just a month after his initial run-in with the law, he sold crack cocaine to a confidential source. Then, in an audacious move, he was caught yet again two weeks later, this time with more crack cocaine and marijuana in his possession.

In the following investigation, law enforcement executed a search warrant at Clark’s residence. The haul was significant, including more crack cocaine, fentanyl, another digital scale, and a stun gun. All told, Clark was found to be responsible for a total of 398 grams of crack cocaine, 27 grams of marijuana, and 8 grams of fentanyl.

United States Attorney Gerard M. Karam announced the sentence, highlighting the tireless efforts of the Drug Enforcement Administration and the York County Drug Task Force in bringing Clark to justice. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Bruce D. Brandler, Johnny Baer, and K. Wesley (Wes) Mishoe..
