HARRISBURG, PA — The Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement (BLCE) has officially opened its latest hiring cycle for Liquor Enforcement Officer Trainees (LEOT), with applications being accepted through August 29, 2025.

Liquor Enforcement Officers play a critical role in safeguarding public safety by enforcing the state’s liquor laws. Their responsibilities include conducting inspections and investigations at licensed establishments, working both in uniform and undercover to ensure compliance with regulations.
The position offers a starting wage of $22 per hour — approximately $55,000 annually before shift differentials — along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
