HARRISBURG, PA — The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved $112,500 in fines against three gaming operators and barred eight individuals from gambling statewide during its public meeting Wednesday.

Consent Agreements and Fines
The board approved three consent agreements presented by its Office of Enforcement Counsel.
Holding Acquisition Co., L.P., operator of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, was fined $70,000 for seven instances of allowing self-excluded individuals to enter the casino floor and gamble. Self-excluded individuals are those who voluntarily place themselves on a state list barring them from gambling activities.
Relax Gaming North America, LLC, a licensed internet gaming manufacturer, was fined $32,500 for executing a change of control before receiving board approval. A change of control refers to a shift in ownership or management that requires regulatory review.
Stadium Casino Westmoreland, RE, LLC, operator of Live! Casino Pittsburgh, was fined $10,000 for permitting a person under age 21 to access the gaming floor and gamble.

Involuntary Exclusion Actions
The board also placed eight individuals on its Involuntary Exclusion Lists. Individuals on these lists are prohibited from gambling at Pennsylvania casinos, online betting platforms regulated by the board, and at Video Gaming Terminal locations.
The actions, presented by the Office of Chief Counsel and the Office of Enforcement Counsel, bring the total number of individuals on the board’s exclusion lists to 1,499.
