PENNSYLVANIA — The Department of General Services’ Bureau of Vehicle Management (BVM) has announced an upcoming public auction of over 450 used vehicles. The auction will take place at Manheim Keystone Pennsylvania, 488 Firehouse Road in Grantville on December 12th, starting at 10:00 a.m.

The auction will feature a variety of vehicles, including 4-wheel drive SUVs, utility vehicles, and pickup trucks from major manufacturers like Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford, GMC, and Jeep. Front- and all-wheel drive sedans and minivans from these and other manufacturers will also be available.

This event is not just limited to surplus government vehicles; it will also include numerous vehicles seized by state law enforcement agencies.

On the day of the auction, bidding will commence at 10:00 a.m. Buyers must make purchases with certified funds in the form of a money order, cashier’s check, certified check, or bank check, made payable to “Manheim Keystone PA.” Cash transactions will not be accepted.

The December auction is the fourth, largest, and final vehicle auction being held for 2023. The Department of General Services encourages interested parties to visit the DGS Auto Auction Information page for more details, including registration information, payment conditions, and a complete listing of vehicles.

The public auction offers a unique opportunity for individuals to purchase a wide range of vehicles at potentially lower prices. The inclusion of vehicles seized by law enforcement agencies adds an additional layer of interest to the event. The auction is part of the BVM’s ongoing efforts to manage the Commonwealth’s vehicle fleet in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
