WASHINGTON, D.C. — The United States Mint will begin accepting purchases on Aug. 3 for a three-medal collectible set featuring Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, continuing a multi-year partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery aimed at expanding the Mint’s comic art-themed numismatic offerings.

The Comic Art Three-Medal Set, 2025 Super Heroes, will go on sale at noon Eastern time on Aug. 3 through the Mint’s subscription program and direct sales channels.

The release is part of the Mint’s Comic Art Coin and Medal Program, a collection launched in 2025 in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products that features characters from DC Comics across a series of coins and medals.

The program represents one of the Mint’s efforts to broaden collector interest by pairing federally issued numismatic products with widely recognized entertainment properties.

The three-medal set contains designs honoring Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, three of the most recognizable characters in the DC Comics portfolio.

The Mint said subscriptions are limited to two sets per household, while direct purchases will be limited to one set per household during the first 24 hours of sales.

The Comic Art Coin and Medal Program is scheduled to continue through 2027 and will feature additional characters including Green Lantern, Robin, Supergirl, The Flash, Batgirl, and Aquaman.
