WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has introduced a new tool designed to bolster domestic manufacturing and reduce reliance on foreign suppliers. The Make Onshoring Great Again Portal connects small businesses with over one million U.S.-based manufacturers and suppliers, aiming to revitalize American supply chains and support domestic jobs.
“The SBA is proud to support President Donald J. Trump’s mission to restore America’s economic resurgence by empowering small businesses with the resources to supercharge the return of Made in America,” said SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler.
This searchable portal offers access to extensive databases of American producers, enabling businesses to source domestically manufactured goods. By shifting away from foreign suppliers, the SBA aims to enhance supply chain reliability, improve quality control, and mitigate risks from overseas disruptions.
Loeffler emphasized the broader benefits of this initiative, stating, “The Make Onshoring Great Again Portal will give job creators a direct line to more than one million domestic suppliers – replacing foreign dependence with access to American-made solutions.”
The portal is part of the SBA’s larger effort to strengthen U.S. manufacturing and economic independence. Earlier this year, the agency launched the Made in America Manufacturing Initiative, aimed at improving access to capital for manufacturers, fostering job growth, and reducing regulatory burdens. Additionally, the SBA has endorsed bipartisan legislation to increase loan caps for small manufacturers.
With this latest tool, the SBA is taking another step toward its commitment to rebuilding American industry, supporting small businesses, and ensuring a more resilient and self-reliant U.S. economy.
