Multi-State Search Intensifies as Police Seek Downingtown Man Wanted for Stalking

NEWARK, DE — The Newark Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 35-year-old Downingtown man wanted on several outstanding warrants, including a warrant for stalking.

According to authorities, Kevin Kistler is currently sought by multiple law enforcement agencies. In addition to being wanted by Newark Police, Kistler is also the subject of active warrants in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and Cecil County, Maryland.

Police describe Kistler as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing between 200 and 250 pounds. He was last seen with a clean-shaven head and a full, dark beard. Investigators note that he is heavily tattooed, with visible tattoos on his arms, hands, and neck.

At this time, detectives do not know what type of vehicle Kistler may be operating.
