PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Johanse Sencion-Bautista.
The 16-year-old was last seen on February 21, 2023, at 7:00 a.m., on the 4700 block of N. 5th St. He is described as being a medium brown complexion, 5′ 9″, 130 lbs., with a thin build and brown eyes. Johanse has short curly black hair.
